  • Once your design is ready, we will supply a proof for your approval

  • We accept payment via internet or phone banking, credit or debit card, or bank transfer. Your order will commence once your payment has been received. You will be provided with an invoice for your records. If you indicate that you wish to pay via credit card or debit card, or Paypal, a Paypal invoice will be supplied for you and there will be a small extra administration charge. Please note, we don't accept cheque payment.

  • Some customers prefer that we simply receive their order and supply an outcome. Others like more of a role in the process. Want to leave us some notes about what you're looking for? Please do so below.
  • Please supply elements for your design, if you require a particular font please supply it. Please ensure that all images are sized correctly for the item your design is for, and a minimum of 300 dpi for quality printing. If you need help please feel welcome to ask. Please email your design elements using the email address above. We recommend using Wetransfer.com for large files.

  • Once your order has been received, it will be confirmed via email by one of our team for you, and once payment has been received your order will be processed. If you have requested a call we'll ring you to discuss the order, and that's it - you're off! All you have to do then is email your design elements and look forward to receiving your proof for approval!
